What to expect in the online bread baking course

The course contains my personal experiences with bread baking. I’ve gone back to my early baking days and bundled all the knowledge I wish I had then. I want to make baking your first sourdough bread as easy as possible for you.

The online bread baking course guides you to your wholemeal bread in three steps:

1. Get and prepare ingredients

2. Prepare rye sourdough starter

3. Turn dough into bread

Each of the three videos includes my tips and tricks: Where do I buy my flour? What should the starter smell like? How do I get the wet dough into a round shape? I focus on the essentials so you don't get overwhelmed with information.
