Instagram Contest Terms and Conditions

I. Organizer

The organizer of the competition on the Instagram profile www.instagram.com/roggenwolf is:

This competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, organized or supported by Instagram.

II. Participation

By participating in the competition, the Instagram user agrees to the following terms and conditions of participation and data protection guidelines. Eligible to participate is any natural person who has reached the age of 14 and resides in the Federal Republic of Germany. How to participate can be found in the respective Instagram post. Multiple participation, e.g. by multiple comments under the competition post, is not possible and will be sorted out before the draw. Participation is free of charge.

III. Prize

The prize and the duration of participation, as well as the time of the prize announcement, will be announced in the respective Instagram post. Participation is only possible until the specified draw time. The prize is the announced product and the necessary shipping to the winner (shipping only within Germany). An exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible.

IV. Prize Draw, Announcement and Prize Delivery

The winner will be determined after the entry deadline by means of a draw. The winner will be informed via message on Instagram.

The winner must send their shipping address by email to info@roggenwolf.de within one week. If this does not happen, a new winner will be determined. The prize will be delivered to the winner by post at the organizer's expense (within Germany).

V. Premature Termination of the Competition

The organizer reserves the right to change the competition period without prior notice or to terminate the competition without notice if unforeseen circumstances arise or proper execution is not possible, e.g. due to hardware or software errors, or if there is suspicion that someone wants to manipulate the competition.

VI. Data Protection

Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. The participant assures that the personal data provided by them, in particular first name, surname, address and email address, are truthful and correct.

The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use. All data will be deleted at the latest 30 days after the end of the competition. Participants have the statutory rights to information, amendment and revocation. VII. Miscellaneous

Legal recourse is excluded. German law is exclusively applicable. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms of use shall remain unaffected.
