The unique end-grain construction allows the wood fibers to stand perpendicular to the surface, which is significantly gentler on your knife blades and keeps the board pristine for years—ideal for bread, cheese, and charcuterie.

Care instructions

Wood products should never be washed in the dishwasher or left to soak in water. A board should always be rinsed on both sides to prevent warping. Dry immediately after rinsing. Often, it is sufficient to wipe the board with a damp cloth.

If necessary, the wood can be lightly sanded and re-oiled.
