Tip: If you grind your own flour, you should first sift out the bran before using this sieve. Coarse shell particles can get caught in the fine mesh. For that I recommend using this bran sieve.

Care Instructions
While this stainless steel one-handed sieve is dishwasher safe, it's recommended to wash it by hand in order to prevent flour residue from building up between the mesh. Often, it's sufficient to simply tap out and brush the flour sieve after use. I recommend using this brush to clean your sieve.
