Mockmill Grain Mill
With the Mockmill 100 and Mockmill 200 grain mills, manufacturer Wolfgang Mock has set a new high standard. With its newly developed corundum ceramic millstones (also used in the Mockmill Lino) this mill achieves an impressive 92% fine flour content. The outstanding performance of these millstones are paired with a reliable motor and exemplary workmanship. What's even more surprising is how comparatively affordable the Mockmill Grain Mill is. While still providing excellent performance and durability, the housing is significantly lighter and thinner than most wooden grain mills. Mockmill grain mills are manufactured in Germany and have a 6-year manufacturer's warranty.
The Mockmill 100 and Mockmill 200 differ only in motor power. The Mockmill 100 with the 260-watt motor can grind about 100 g of the finest flour per minute, while the Mockmill 200 with the 600-watt motor can grind about 200 g per minute.

Looking to reduce plastic in the kitchen? One way to do this is by using these measuring cups made of borosilicate glass. Borosilicate glass is very stable and, unlike plastic, extremely heat-resistant. I like to use the larger version to prepare sourdough or yeast pre-dough when baking bread. The glass makes it easy to observe the bubbles that are created by the fermentation gases. The measuring scale also shows how much the sourdough has grown already. Guaranteed without plasticizers!
The small measuring cup included in the set has no handle and fits into the large measuring cup to save space.
