Small Dough Scraper

This small dough scraper is my favorite tool for preparing my sourdough starter. Unlike a spoon, you can easily reach every corner of the jar and mix flour and water into a homogenous mass. The small dough scraper is also indispensable for scraping out jam jars or small bowls.

The long version of the dough scraper is ideal for tall, narrow containers.

I can't do without this dough scraper. It's perfect for getting dough out of bowls or scraping leftover dough from my hands. The flexible scraping edge also makes it easier to spread creams when baking pastries. With careful handling, this dough scraper will last a long time. For shaping or dividing dough, I prefer a stainless steel dough cutter.
