Wire Monkey's Goose Lame baker's razor is a bestseller and Instagram hit for a reason. This small handcrafted masterpiece was the first baker's razor to be produced by this small family business. With it's ergonomic handle, making quick perfect cuts in your bread dough is done with ease, making this well-thought-out and designed tool into an indispensable baking accessory. The curve, thickness, and material of the handle all contribute to a better grip, while the rotating disc mechanism allows you to swap blades quickly and safely compared to many other lames. Lastly, the magnetic blade sheath is so well designed that the razor seems to slide in as if by itself.

Too beautiful to stow away: to guarantee that your Goose Lame is alway at hand, the magnetic sheath also allows you to attach your Goose Lame either to the refrigerator or our magnetic knife rack.

We are excited to announce that we have teamed up with Wire Monkey and are offering exclusively through ROGGENWOLF our two favorite baker's lames along with a case including ROGGENWOLF's and Wire Monkey's logo. The inventor of the UFO Bread Razor is Tyler from Wire Monkey. The original UFO baker's razor and other exciting and innovative baking tools are handcrafted in his small family owned and operated workshop in Connecticut.
