The DoughBed gives your bread dough exactly what it needs for perfect fermentation: constant, gentle warmth and plenty of room to expand.

The DoughBed combines a shallow, spacious design with a gentle heating mat and an insulating cork lid. This allows you to create ideal conditions for controlled, reliable dough proofing in no time.

Thoughtful design for effortless stretching & folding

The spacious glass bowl allows you to stretch and fold your dough directly in the bowl. The transparent glass bowl also gives you a clear view of bubble formation and volume increase at all times, so you can see exactly when your dough is ready for shaping. The heating mat gently and evenly brings the dough to the optimal comfortable temperature (approx. 24–28 °C). In combination with the well-insulated cork lid, the climate inside remains stable without drying out the dough.

Care instructions
