This linen insert was sewn specifically to fit into our Couronne Ring-Shaped Proofing Basket. The linen insert allows for your proofed dough to be easily turned out of the proofing basket and avoid having to use a wax seperation layer. Linen has very beneficial proofing properties and you can be easily washed as needed in the washing machine.
Linen Insert How to Guide:
Pull the linen insert over the rattan proofing basket. Moisten it lightly, for example with our Glass Spray Bottle. Sprinkle the insert generously with flour so that the dough does not stick.
