Wire Monkey x ROGGENWOLF UFO Nux Baker's Razor
This is my go to baker's razor for precise and artistic bread scoring. The UFO Nux baker's razor lays incredibly well in the hand. This UFO baker's razor is twice as thick as most other UFO's, and the deep depressions for your fingertips allow for a firm grip. This more secure grip allows for more control, making complicated bread patterns much easier to cut. The thickness of the two sandwiched wood pieces also makes changing out the razor and storing it in between very easy. The UFO Nux is made from solid American black walnut and stainless steel. A razor blade is included in the delivery. A matching leather case is available separately.

Care instructions:
The UFO Nux is made from black walnutwood and has been pre-treated with coconut oil. To maintain the beauty of this exquisite wood for as long as possible, the walnut should re-oiled regularly. Dough residues should be left to dry completely and can then rubbed off. Wooden products should not be cleaned in the dishwasher or soaked in water.
